1. Product design and mold development

The Yingchuan design team creates molds through original product design and precision casting technology. These high-precision molds are the key to ensuring the quality of subsequent castings.

2. Selection of high-quality raw materials

304SS/316L is selected as the core material. This stainless steel material features excellent corrosion resistance, safety and environmental protection performance, making it the preferred material for high-end bathroom hardware, especially suitable for those with strict requirements for quality and health.

3. Precision casting process

The investment precision casting process is adopted: molten stainless steel is injected into the sand mold to form, and then undergoes multiple post-treatment procedures such as demolding, cutting, grinding, sandblasting, drilling and pickling to ensure the accurate dimensions and smooth surface of the casting.

4.CNC precision machining

● Carry out precision processing, including:

● Precise cutting forming

● High-precision drilling

● Thread processing

● Internal iron filings cleaning

Every process is strict and professional, perfectly restoring the design details.

5. Surface fine polishing treatment

Adopt multi-stage grinding and polishing processes. The initially rough surface becomes smooth during the complex grinding process. The metal surface is being ground smoother and smoother.

After polishing, all products undergo QC inspection, and non-conforming products are immediately reworked.

6.PVD color treatment

Strictly enforce

① Five cleaning processes (including ultrasonic, chemical liquid, degreasing, wax removal and pure water cleaning)

② Constant-temperature drying treatment

③ PVD vacuum coating (gold/rose gold, etc. are optional)

④ Conduct a full quality inspection to ensure that the coating is uniform and firm

7. Assembly and Inspection

On professional assembly lines, experienced workers precisely install valve cores using torque wrenches to ensure there is no loosening or leakage. Clean the surface before packaging and verify the integrity of the parts according to the assembly list. The laboratory is equipped with life testing machines (high-pressure water and gas testing, detecting the durability of switches, rotations, etc.) and high-pressure testing machines to ensure that product performance meets standards.

8. Finished product packaging

The finished product storage area is clearly zoned, and orders are managed with labels. When shipping, pearl cotton and color boxes are used for packaging to ensure the safety of product transportation throughout the process.
