Production Process

Selection of High-quality Raw Materials

304SS/316L is selected as the core material. This stainless steel material features excellent corrosion resistance, safety and environmental protection performance, making it the preferred material for high-end bathroom hardware, especially suitable for those with strict requirements for quality and health.

Precise Assembly Process

On the specialized assembly line, experienced workers use torque wrenches to precisely install valve cores, ensuring no loosening or leakage.Each product undergoes surface cleaning before packaging, and the integrity of each part is verified against the assembly list to guarantee consistent quality before shipment.

Comprehensive Performance Testing

The laboratory is equipped with a life testing machine to conduct high-pressure water and gas tests, switch and rotation durability tests, and other tests to ensure long-term stable performance.

At the same time, a high-pressure testing machine verifies sealing performance and pressure resistance, ensuring that every product meets international quality standards before leaving the factory.

Stainless Steel Process

Precision Casting Process

The investment precision casting process is adopted: molten stainless steel is injected into the sand mold to form, and then undergoes multiple post-treatment procedures such as demolding, cutting, grinding,sandblasting, drilling and pickling to ensure the accurate dimensions and smooth surface of the casting.

CNC Precision Machining

● Thread processing

● Internal iron filings cleaning

Every process is strict and professional, perfectly restoring the design details.

Surface Fine Polishing Treatment

Adopt multi-stage grinding and polishing processes. The initially rough surface becomes smooth during the complex grinding process. The metal surface is being ground smoother and smoother.

After polishing, all products undergo QC inspection, and non-conforming products are immediately reworked.

PVD Color Treatment

Strictly enforce

① Five cleaning processes (including ultrasonic, chemical liquid, degreasing, wax removal and pure water cleaning)

② Constant-temperature drying treat-ment

③ PVD vacuum coating (gold/rose gold, etc. are optional)

④ Conduct a full quality inspection to ensure that the coating is uniform and firm

All components and finished products undergo 100% comprehensive quality inspection. After assembly, rigorous checks are performed on appearance, function, and precision to ensure stable product quality and outstanding performance.

Finished Product Packaging

The finished product storage area is clearly zoned, and orders are managed with labels. When shipping, pearl cotton and color boxes are used for packaging to ensure the safety of product transportation throughout the process.
